The Arkansas PRSA Prism Awards are always a highlight for our industry, celebrating the people and campaigns shaping communications in our state. From thoughtful strategy to creative storytelling, the evening showcased professionals making a real difference for organizations and communities across Arkansas.
Celebrating Meaningful Work
This year, we were proud to see two of our client partnerships celebrated with Prism Awards:
- Public Service – PRSA recognized our agency for our collaboration with the American Heart Association – Central Arkansas on the 2025 Heart Ball, where we created compelling video content, guided strategic communications and provided media relations and event support to inspire generosity and advance lifesaving research throughout our state.
- Crisis Communications – We were also honored for our work with the Arkansas Bar Association, helping the organization guide members and the public through a critical moment with clarity, transparency and trust.
We were also recognized as finalists in nine categories, highlighting several of the clients and causes we’re fortunate to represent:
- Community Relations – Treaty Oak Clean Energy
- Creative Tactics, Periodicals – Catholic High School for Boys
- Institutional Programs – Arkansas Virtual Academy
- Media Relations – Arkansas Symphony Orchestra
- Multimedia – American Heart Association – Central Arkansas
- Promotional Printed Pieces – Rotary Club of Little Rock
- Public Affairs, Websites – Arkansas Pharmacists Association
While the awards spotlighted meaningful client work, the evening held another unforgettable moment when PRSA Arkansas acknowledged our CEO, Natalie Ghidotti, APR, Fellow PRSA, for her exceptional career achievement of being selected as a Class of 2025 PRSA College of Fellows inductee.
“It was a privilege to celebrate Natalie’s national recognition and her induction into this distinguished group of public relations professionals,” said Heide Harrell, APR, director of communications for Central Arkansas Water. “As chair-elect of PRSA’s national board of directors, I understand the dedication required to become a Fellow. We’re incredibly proud of Natalie and deeply grateful for her continued leadership and mentorship within Arkansas’ PR community.”
A Defining Distinction
With fewer than five percent of PRSA members receiving the Fellows distinction, Natalie’s selection marks a historic first for the PRSA Arkansas Chapter: she is the first woman to become a Fellow in the state and the first member in 30 years to be awarded the designation. Led by Harrell, APR, Natalie was recognized at the event for her involvement at the local and national level of PRSA. She was presented with a gorgeous arrangement of flowers in a custom vase by Arkansas artist James Hayes as the room joined together in a chorus of “For She’s a Jolly Good Fellow.”
Natalie will officially join the PRSA College of Fellows Class of 2025 during a ceremony on Oct. 27 at PRSA’s annual ICON conference in Washington, D.C.
Beyond the Spotlight
We’re grateful to PRSA Arkansas for an inspiring evening and were proud to stand alongside this year’s honorees. While recognition is always meaningful, what truly drives us is the impact we create alongside our clients: helping Arkansas organizations tell their stories, navigate challenges and make a lasting difference in their communities. That’s the work that matters, and that’s the work we’ll continue championing, one meaningful story at a time.
