Arkansas is home to leaders who are shaping conversations far beyond the state’s borders, and Arkansas Money & Politics’ Influencers of the Year list shines a light on those making a lasting impact. We’re proud to share that our founder and CEO, Natalie Ghidotti, APR, Fellow PRSA, has been named an AMP 2026 Influencer of the Year.

The annual recognition honors Arkansans whose work reaches beyond their own organizations to influence communities, industries and the future of the state.

“I’m honored to be included alongside so many leaders I respect,” Natalie said. “Arkansas is filled with people doing meaningful work, and I’m grateful to help elevate our state and the organizations that call it home.”

Leadership with Statewide and National Reach

For more than two decades, Natalie has played a defining role in elevating the public relations profession in Arkansas while helping position the state on a national and global stage. Since founding Ghidotti Communications in 2007, she has grown the agency into one of the region’s most respected strategic communications firms, known for award-winning work that helps organizations strengthen relationships, build trust and tell stories that matter.

Her influence extends beyond agency leadership. Natalie currently serves as regional vice president for The Americas with the Public Relations Global Network, connecting Arkansas to a global network of more than 50 independent agencies across North, Latin and South America. She also serves as immediate past chair of PRSA’s Counselors Academy, where she supports and mentors agency leaders nationwide.

Recognition Rooted in Service and Integrity

Natalie’s selection as an AMP Influencer follows a milestone year of professional recognition, including her historic induction into the PRSA College of Fellows as the first woman and only the fourth practitioner from the PRSA Arkansas Chapter to receive the profession’s highest honor. These distinctions reflect not only career achievement, but a long-standing commitment to ethical leadership, service and mentorship.

That commitment is equally evident in her civic involvement. Natalie has served as past president of the Rotary Club of Little Rock and the Arkansas Women’s Leadership Forum, and currently serves on the boards of the Arkansas Symphony Orchestra, the Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts and the Downtown Little Rock Partnership Executive Committee. Across business, arts and community organizations, her leadership continues to help shape Arkansas’ future.

Raising Arkansas’ Profile

AMP’s Influencers of the Year honors individuals whose work creates ripple effects well beyond their own organizations. Natalie’s inclusion in the 2026 class reflects a career dedicated to lifting others, strengthening institutions and raising the profile of Arkansas on a national stage.

We’re proud to see Natalie recognized among the leaders helping move the state forward and grateful for the vision, perspective and purpose she brings to Ghidotti every day.
