Natalie Ghidotti, APR, Fellow PRSA, founder and CEO of Ghidotti Communications, was officially inducted into the Public Relations Society of America’s (PRSA) College of Fellows during the organization’s annual ICON Conference last week in Washington, D.C.
Ghidotti joins an elite group of public relations professionals recognized for their lifetime contributions to the industry. Fewer than 5 percent of PRSA members are accepted into the College, which honors practitioners who have advanced the profession through leadership, mentorship and service.
Ghidotti is the first woman from the PRSA Arkansas Chapter to receive this distinction and the first in 30+ years. She is the fourth member from the chapter ever selected.
“This moment feels both humbling and energizing,” Ghidotti said. “To be welcomed into the College of Fellows among peers and mentors I deeply respect is an incredible honor. I’m proud to represent Arkansas and continue serving an industry that has given me so much.”
While at the ICON Conference, Ghidotti also moderated the breakout session, “She Built It: Women Founders on Leading, Growing and Reimagining the PR Industry,” featuring trailblazing CEOs Priscilla Clarke of Clarke PR Global, Grace Leong, APR, Fellow PRSA of HUNTER (also a 2025 College of Fellows inductee), Maria Rodriguez of Vanguard Communications and Kelly Williamson of APCO. The panel explored leadership, resilience and what it takes to build purpose-driven PR agencies that make a lasting impact.
Ghidotti’s career spans journalism, public relations and nearly two decades of agency leadership. She launched Ghidotti Communications in 2007 and has grown it into one of the region’s leading strategic communications firms, partnering with clients across industries to deliver meaningful results through storytelling, earned media and thought leadership.
She currently serves as Chair of PRSA’s Counselors Academy, Regional Vice President of The Americas for the Public Relations Global Network (PRGN) and is a past president of the PRSA Arkansas Chapter. Beyond her professional work, Ghidotti is a dedicated community leader, serving on the boards of the Arkansas Symphony Orchestra, Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts and Downtown Little Rock Partnership Executive Committee.
