Natalie Ghidotti, APR, founder and CEO of Ghidotti Communications, has been named regional vice president for The Americas with the Public Relations Global Network (PRGN), one of the world’s largest networks of independent public relations firms. In this leadership role, she will guide collaboration and business development initiatives across North, Latin and South America, with a focus on advancing knowledge-sharing and driving member growth throughout the region.

Ghidotti succeeds Sean Dowdall of Landis Communications Inc. in San Francisco, who has served in the role since November 2023 and made significant contributions to PRGN during his tenure, including previous service as treasurer.

“PRGN is one of the most collaborative and future-focused organizations I’ve had the privilege to be part of,” Ghidotti said. “As regional vice president, I look forward to fostering deeper partnerships among member agencies, exchanging ideas and best practices and supporting bold strategic work that delivers meaningful outcomes for clients throughout The Americas.”

Ghidotti Communications has been part of PRGN since 2020, joining a prestigious group of independent, owner-operated firms committed to global collaboration and communications excellence. Today, PRGN is composed of more than 50 agencies around the world that combine local expertise with global reach to help clients connect with key audiences in every region.

With nearly two decades of agency leadership, Ghidotti brings both strategic insight and a strong track record of success to this role. Since launching her firm in 2007, she has led high-profile campaigns for clients across a range of sectors. She also currently serves as the 2025 chair of the Public Relations Society of America’s Counselors Academy, a section supporting the business of agency leadership. Prior to beginning her PR career in 2004, she worked as a journalist for more than a decade in Texas and Arkansas.

Her selection follows other recent PRGN leadership transitions, including Shawn Jiang Xiaofeng in Asia-Pacific and Marisa Toro in the EMEA region, as the global organization continues its focus on international growth and strategic partnerships.

This leadership role builds on Ghidotti Communications’ long-standing commitment to collaboration, innovation and excellence in public relations. As the agency continues to grow its impact both locally and globally, this appointment marks a meaningful step in further connecting clients and peers across the Americas through the power of strategic communications.
