Natalie Ghidotti, APR, founder and CEO of Ghidotti Communications, earned a place in the Public Relations Society of America’s (PRSA) College of Fellows. She joins the Class of 2025 in recognition of her outstanding contributions to the public relations profession.

Ghidotti is the first woman from the PRSA Arkansas Chapter to receive the distinction. Additionally, she is only the fourth member of the Chapter ever selected. Prior to Ghidotti, accredited public relations professional Bob Sells joined the PRSA College of Fellows in 1996.

“This is one of the most meaningful honors of my career,” Ghidotti said. “The College of Fellows represents the heart of what we strive for in public relations: integrity, service, leadership and impact. I have long admired my mentors who are Fellows. It is an honor to join them in service to our industry and continue to represent our amazing Arkansas Chapter on a national level.”

Established in 1989, PRSA’s College of Fellows recognizes seasoned public relations professionals and educators who have made a lasting impact. Notably, the College accepts fewer than 5 percent of PRSA members. Applicants must have at least 20 years of experience, Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) and a demonstrated record of leadership, service and career excellence.

Ghidotti’s career spans journalism, public relations and nearly two decades of agency leadership. She launched Ghidotti Communications in 2007 and has grown it into one of the region’s leading strategic communications firms. The agency partners with clients across industries to tell compelling stories, build strong relationships and drive business success. In particular, it helps clients succeed through earned media, content strategy and thought leadership.

She currently serves as chair of PRSA’s Counselors Academy and as Regional Vice President of The Americas for the Public Relations Global Network. Ghidotti is a past president of the PRSA Arkansas Chapter and is widely known for her mentorship of emerging professionals. She is also a vocal advocate for ethical communications and the growing role of public relations in shaping community and business outcomes.

Along with leadership and service in the public relations industry, the College of Fellows recognizes those PR professionals who have given back to their communities in meaningful ways. Ghidotti is an active volunteer and leader in Little Rock, serving on the board of directors for the Arkansas Symphony Orchestra, the Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts and the Downtown Little Rock Partnership Executive Committee. She is a past president of The Rotary Club of Little Rock and the Arkansas Women’s Leadership Forum.

PRSA will formally induct the Class of 2025 during a ceremony on Monday, Oct. 27, ahead of PRSA’s annual ICON conference in Washington, D.C.
